You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Poland Warsaw hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Mercers HR Management Consulting (Rewards Team) supports organizations through individually tailored strategies and solutions to optimize their performance in the areas of organizational and work structure compensation and incentive design. Become part of the internationally leading management consultancy with a focus on organizational and HR topics and get an all-round view of all areas of HR management consulting.

We will count on you to:
Ownership for the production of Switzerland Total Remuneration Survey and Switzerland Life Science Survey
Participation in medium and large client projects with internation exposure on topics incl. executive and employee compensation job evaluation organizational structure performance management job architecture
Analysis evaluation and preparation of data and market trends
Creation and delivery of presentations
Advising customers from different industries within the scope of account management responsibilities
What you need to have:
Successfully completed studies in business administration economics psychology mathematics or a comparable field of study preferably with a focus on HR
Several years of professional experience (depending on level) in a consulting environment ideally with a focus on compensation is an advantage but not a must
You have a good understanding of the preparation processing and evaluation of data
You are particularly characterized by strong analytical and communication skills
You already have very good knowledge of common MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
You communicate fluently in English; German/French is a plus
