Salary:24790 - 25183 per annum pro rata - Pay Award Pending
Hours:25 hours per week Term Time Only
Location: Sandy Depot
Contract Type: Fixed - Permanent

About the role:

Find your greatness by joining our Non-Emergency Patient Transport Team (NEPT) as one of our Ambulance driver/ Care Assistants. Youll support non-emergency patients by providing first class safe care during their transportation between hospital/clinic appointments and their home. Youll also provide the same quality of care when transporting SEND children to and from schools.
Being able to remain calm under pressure is key as is being willing to undertake training to broaden your knowledge of medical and mental health conditions. A flexible adaptable approach is required as every day will be different.
A Full D1 licence with no restrictions test or a PVC licence test is required to carry out this role If you have a code 101 on the back of your licence next to the D1 entitlement then you cannot drive for us as we operate on a hire and reward basis. .
Youll be able to read write and speak the English language and be able to understand and follow policies and procedures supplied to you.
