Job Description

Veterans Inc. a 501(c)3 non-profit is the largest provider of supportive services to veterans and their families across New England. We are looking for a professional highly motivated goal oriented skilled and hardworking individual to fill the Enrollment and Disenrollment position and become a valued member of the Veterans Inc. team!

WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:

  • Responsible for the enrollment and disenrollment of program clients
  • Schedule admissions/discharges
  • Build a pipeline for patient referrals
  • Ensuring proper DPH documentation and BSAS forms are completed
  • Assist the Billings Specialist as needed
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services Social Work or Clinical office setting required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in Services to the Homeless Vocational Rehabilitation Recruitment Counseling Outreach and/or Services to the Homeless or related field is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Substance Abuse Treatment programs
  • Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check.
  • Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.
