Job Description

Veterans Inc. a 501(c)3 non-profit is the largest provider of supportive services to veterans and their families across New England. We are looking for a professional highly motivated goal oriented skilled and hardworking individual to fill the Enrollment and Disenrollment position and become a valued member of the Veterans Inc. team!
WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
- Responsible for the enrollment and disenrollment of program clients
- Schedule admissions/discharges
- Build a pipeline for patient referrals
- Ensuring proper DPH documentation and BSAS forms are completed
- Assist the Billings Specialist as needed
- Attends and participates in meetings as required. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services Social Work or Clinical office setting required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Services to the Homeless Vocational Rehabilitation Recruitment Counseling Outreach and/or Services to the Homeless or related field is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Substance Abuse Treatment programs
- Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check.
- Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.
