Bunge is seeking a talented and ambitiousRegional Sales Managerto join our UK this role you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of regional accounts focusing on the bakery confectionery and wider food ingredients segments.

The Opportunity: Make a Difference

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bunge at a time of strategic growth and expansion. With new investments and a renewed focus on our value-added products youll play a critical role in driving our business forward in the UK market. This role reports to the Regional Sales Lead based in our headquarters in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth:Achieve and exceed annual Business Plan targets for your assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Strategic:Develop and execute tailored account strategies in alignment with regional sales objectives.
  • Relationship building:Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers across your territory.
  • Technical Bridge:Collaborate closely with our Technical Service team to ensure seamless product approvals and support customer R&D projects.
  • Market Expert:Stay ahead of industry trends gather competitive intelligence and identify new business opportunities within the UK food market.
  • Team Player:Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across commercial functions to optimize service and drive sales effectiveness.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Experienced Food Industry Sales:3-5 years in B2B account management ideally with bakery/confectionery/food ingredients focus.
  • Relationship-Focused & Commercially Driven:Proven ability to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-Starter with Excellent Communication:Entrepreneurial independent and a strong communicator. You are customer-focused results-oriented collaborative and possess strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Relevant Degree & UK Market Knowledge:Bachelors/Masters degree required; familiarity with the UK food industry is highly preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License & Willing to Travel:Essential for covering the UK territory.
