Are you an experienced energy rater looking for a fresh direction or an admin professional ready to dive into the technical world of energy efficiency We are seeking a motivated Project Support Officer to join our team in an exciting ongoing role and be part of a nationally significant initiative thats shaping the future of sustainable housing in Australia.
As a Project Support Officer within CSIROs Social Impact and Living Labs team youll play a key role in supporting the expansion of the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) helping to improve the way we understand and model residential energy use. You will bring your well-developed communication coordination and people skills to support researchers energy raters real estate professionals and homeowners in trialling innovative approaches to data collection. From providing front-line customer support and being the public face of sharing CSIROs technical knowledge to contributing to community engagement initiatives & events and supporting researchers with ethics applications privacy statements and grants you will have a multi-faceted role that will help drive meaningful change in how energy efficiency is understood and applied.

Location and office arrangements:Melbourne (Clayton) VIC (or Work-from-Home/Remotely)
Salary: AU$73K AU$93K per annum (pro-rata for part-time) plus up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure & work schedule: Indefinite; Full-time (preferred) part-time and flexible work arrangements may be considered based on needs of the role and individual circumstances.
