Job Description

We are currently looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Crew Member. The Crew Member interacts with guests and staff in a cordial efficient and professional manner helping them to understand our menu offerings and taking orders accurately. He or she will help with other duties such as cleaning and/or prep work.
The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong guest service skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets all guests in a warm sincere and helpful manner
- Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment tools and supplies are properly stored
- Helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed
- Completes opening and/or closing checklists
- Arrives early and prepared and is willing to stay past scheduled time if necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers co-workers management and others
- Able to overcome obstacles while maintaining a friendly positive attitude
- Able to bend kneel squat stand and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to work days evenings weekends and holidays
