The Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include all aspects of maintaining the physical status of the property. You will address any maintenance issues in the rooms or to the building itself including machinery air conditioning units refrigerators etc. Ultimately you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
Our proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the maintenance team ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for every guest.
The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on working supervisor responsible for coordinating daily maintenance tasks and responding to guest room calls and repair requests including post-checkout fixes. Duties include repairing case goods (beds desks dressers) addressing painting caulking plumbing and PTAC/AC unit issues cleaning carpets and performing preventative maintenance. The role also manages inventory orders tools and materials and maintains accurate repair records. The supervisor mentors team members assists with administrative tasks follows hotel security guidelines and supports other departments as needed.
