Car Sales Executive
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: 45000 - 55000 (uncapped)
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity
My client a well-established and respected main dealer in Eastbourne is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join their friendly high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in the automotive sector.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Guiding customers through the sales process including finance options and paperwork
- Offering test drives and building rapport with both new and returning customers
- Meeting individual and team sales targets within a collaborative culture
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
What Were Looking For:
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- A positive attitude and willingness to learncar sales experience is not essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A team player with a passion for delivering great service
- Full UK driving licence is required
