Were looking for a proactive and driven Data Scientist to join our dynamic data team composed of Data Engineers Analysts Scientists Digital Specialists and Product Owners. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives that power smarter decisions and deeply personalized user experiences. Your primary focus will be on high-impact projects such as Personalisation at Scale and the Sort Algorithm that drives user engagement across our platform.
As part of our mission to unlock the full potential of data you will collaborate with experts across domains to ensure that machine learning models and data science solutions are not only cutting-edge but also scalable explainable and tightly integrated into product and marketing workflows.
Specifically you will:
Design develop and deploy machine learning models for personalization recommendation ranking monetisation (e.g. Personalisation at Scale Sort Algorithm)
Partner with product managers stakeholders and engineers to identify opportunities where ML can add value
Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines from data preparation and feature engineering to model evaluation deployment and monitoring
Translate complex data science concepts into actionable insights and product recommendations
Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of product initiatives
Work with Data Engineers to ensure robust data foundations high-quality features and scalable infrastructure
Collaborate on A/B testing experimentation design and interpretation of results to guide product and marketing strategy
Contribute to the Automotive data platform of the future and take pride in the measurable impact your models have on user experience and business performance
Qualifications :
Masters or PhD degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering or related)
5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn XGBoost TensorFlow or PyTorch
Strong understanding of recommendation systems ranking algorithms personalization strategies knowledge graphs LLMs evaluation metrics (e.g. NDCG MAP CTR)
Experience working with cloud platforms preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and tools like BigQuery Vertex AI or AI Platform
Familiarity with feature stores ML pipelines (e.g. Vertex Pipelines Kubeflow Dagster) and model monitoring
Understanding of data quality reproducibility and versioning best practices
Comfortable working in agile decentralized teams and contributing to Data Mesh architecture
