Job Description
Responsibilities
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Knowledge Manager with Electronic Warfare (EW) experience to lead the development maintenance and dissemination of critical knowledge assets across EW-related missions and systems. This position supports the collection organization and sharing of technical and operational information related to electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) contributing directly to improved decision-making training threat awareness and mission readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute knowledge management strategies to support Electronic Warfare mission areas including offensive and defensive EMS capabilities.
- Serve as a liaison between EW subject matter experts (SMEs) intelligence analysts system engineers and operational personnel to ensure accurate and timely knowledge capture.
- Maintain and improve classified and unclassified knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g. SharePoint Intelink DCS JWICS portals).
- Curate and tag EW-related data reports threat assessments and technical documentation for easy retrieval and reuse.
- Facilitate communities of practice (CoPs) focused on EW EMSO and related disciplines across stakeholders within DoD and the IC.
- Track and integrate lessons learned best practices and mission feedback into structured knowledge repositories.
- Provide KM support for EW testing training exercises and acquisition programs.
- Ensure information sharing complies with security policies classification guidance and data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a poly
- Experience supporting EW missions at MSIC NASIC EWPMT NAVWAR or related organizations.
- Familiarity with Joint EW Doctrine (JP 3-13.1) EMS superiority concepts and multi-domain operations (MDO).
- Working knowledge of data tagging standards metadata management and search optimization tools.
- Experience with Agile or DevSecOps frameworks in system development or data integration environments
