Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Location: Charleston SC
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage multimillion-dollar electrical projects in Charleston SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical contracting strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee project scopes effectively. This role requires a clean background professionalism and stability in previous positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on multimillion-dollar projects.
- Manage project scopes ensuring compliance with deadlines budgets and quality standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and enforce OSHA guidelines on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and field staff to ensure project success.
- Perform inspections quality control checks and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including progress reports and safety records.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
- Proven experience managing electrical scopes on multimillion-dollar projects.
- Strong preference for candidates with multi-family project experience; commercial experience will also be considered.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Must have a stable work history and clean drug and background checks.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
