Youre ready to bring your clinical expertise into a mission-driven fast-paced environment to create lasting scalable impact for students you will do:* Lead and Scale Clinical Services: Oversee the psychoeducational evaluation process across partner districts manage our remote psychologist network and ensure quality and timeliness.* Recruit and Onboard Providers: Help attract interview onboard and train psychologists preparing them to excel using our tech-enabled evaluation processes.* Develop Psychologist Community: Provide supervision clinical mentorship and professional development to our psychologist team as well as building the clinician community.* Optimize Evaluation Operations: Design and refine systems that make services more efficient without sacrificing quality.* Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement quality control measures for all evaluation reports and recommendations.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product engineering and partnership teams offering clinical insights to refine our evaluation youll bring:* Licensure & Credentials: A valid School Psychologist license/certification. (NCSP or multi-state strongly preferred)* Clinical Experience: 5 years of experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in K12 settings with deep knowledge of eligibility criteria and assessment methods.* Leadership Experience: Proven ability to mentor supervise and lead clinical teams emphasizing professional growth and clinical excellence.* Operational Savvy: Strong organizational skills experience managing caseloads schedules and processes ideally in remote or multi-site contexts.* Tech Savviness: Experience with tele-assessment platforms electronic record systems or even prior exposure to AI tools will help.
