Summary
The Assistant Office Manageris responsible for supporting dealership operations through a variety of administrative accounting and inventory-related tasks. Key responsibilities include stocking in all new vehicles reviewing and scanning completed car deals managing dealer trades and working closely with the purchasing department. This role also handles financial duties such as posting gas slips processing payables and factory invoices creating purchase orders reconciling daily deposits and balancing petty cash. The position ensures accuracy and compliance by maintaining key logs (e.g. police book temp/dealer plates) tracking used car safety reviewing title lists monitoring vehicle receivables and clearing cash schedules. Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.
Responsibilities
Stock in new vehicles and manage dealer trades
Review and scan all car deals
Track used car safety and vehicle receivables
Process gas slips payables and factory invoices
Create purchase orders and conduct check requests
Reconcile daily deposits and balance petty cash
Maintain and clear cash schedules
Keep accurate logs for police books temp plates and dealer plates
Maintain reward card spreadsheet and review title lists
Collaborate with purchasing department and internal teams
