Job Description
Responsibilities:
Cover WIP Replen and Put-A-Way Positions
Ability to unload and process shipment per the process
Adhere to MBCI processes and procedures.
Adhere to MBCI Safety Policies.
Able to Communicate clear direction to team members.
Assist with new Hires training per SOSs.
Assist in Daily Process and Quality Audits
Assist in Setting and driving the pace to push Team.
Responsible for following safety processes and procedures.
Responsible for following quality standards and procedures.
Other as assigned
Qualifications :
Requirements
Strong English communication skills verbal written & presentation; Listening
Must have no less than 40 Hours available
No corrective discipline on file for the last year
Must currently know 2-3 Processes in Receiving
Learn All Team lead Functions by deadline set by Supervisor
Schedule flexibility to support projects and training as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Lift push bend up to 50 lbs.
