Job Description
Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a customer-focused Course Coordinator to work at our new Dallas campus location. This candidate will interact and support students taking Champions Live! broadcast courses. Responsibilities include monitoring classes and student attendance assisting with student course registrations providing technology support resolving technical issues answering student questions proctoring exams providing clear instructions organizing class materials supporting instructors and working with the Campus Manager on projects. A background in customer service technology or education is highly addition a superior work ethic high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are required for this position.

- Experience in education customer support or technology

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- Superior multi-tasking abilities

- Ability to provide clear verbal and written instructions
- Excellent computer/technology skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience using Zoom platform and chat feature
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a group atmosphere
- Ability to engage motivate and encourage others
- Flexible team approach to work assignments
- Dependable with stable work history
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Professional appearance required
- Comfortable being on video and camera during all class sessions
- Legally authorized to work in the US
Additional Information :
Required Campus Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 1:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $40k Monthly Bonus
