Job Description
Weed Control Identify and remove weeds manually or using appropriate tools and herbicides. Implement preventive measures to reduce weed growth. Trash Removal Regularly patrol the grounds to collect and dispose of litter and debris. Empty trash receptacles and ensure areas are clean and tidy. Gardening and Landscaping Water Garden area in front of admin and prune trees shrubs. Maintain garden beds and other landscaped areas. General Maintenance Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow removal. Painting and Surface Maintenance Paint outdoor structures as needed. Maintain pathways driveways and parking areas by repairing cracks and potholes. Safety and Compliance Ensure all tasks are performed safely using protective equipment as necessary. Follow all relevant health and safety regulations. Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Event Support Assist in setting up and breaking down outdoor events and activities. Ensure grounds are clean and presentable for visitors. Collaboration and Communication Work with departments to coordinate tasks. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding tasks and priorities.
