The CRM Assistant supports the CRM team in managing customer relationships through the effective use of the CRM systems. This role involves data management assisting with marketing campaigns on both email (and potentially mobile push notifications in the future) and providing insights that help improve customer engagement and business performance.
Reporting into the CRM Manager your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Supporting the shaping and development of the email marketing calendar using market trends and insights.
- Creating email briefs; writing commercially driven relevant and engaging copies.
- Email testing ensuring all emails work as expected and meet the brief deadlines.
- Liaise with wider teams in the business to elevate email offering.
- Responsible for measuring performance of emails.
- Stay informed on CRM trends and best practices across different European markets adapting strategies to leverage new technologies and approaches
Qualifications :
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Familiarity with regional consumer preferences cultural nuances and communication trends that influence CRM strategies in Europe.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in other European languages being a strong advantage.
- Being a sports fan is not a requirement but a bonus
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
