About the role
Role: Instructional Designer
In this role you will:
- Qualifications Bachelors degree in any stream preferably in Instructional Design Education
Learning Sciences or related field. A masters degree is an advantage.
Work Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning development.
Experience designing eLearning using authoring tools (e.g. Vyond Articulate
Storyline Rise Adobe Captivate).
Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models
(e.g. ADDIE SAM).
Experience working in a corporate or technical training environment preferred
