As a Software Engineering Manager for the SaaS platform admin and Partner Ecosystem area you will lead and inspire a team of talented engineers to build and scale core platform capabilities that empower administrators to manage configure and optimize the product for their organizations. This role requires a blend of strategic vision technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver exceptional platform administration tools that enable seamless onboarding robust customer journey orchestration and enabling successful partner enablement.
You will own critical areas of the product that support user and role management platform customization data insights automation and governance. Your work will directly impact the success of administrators managing our platform and drive customer satisfaction adoption and retention.

10-14 years of hands-on experience in Java Kafka full-stack development and distributed architectures leading engineering teams to build scalable resilient SaaS platforms.

The expected hiring range is $166000-$178720. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.
