Job Description

High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Minimum Education
Associates Degree or formal Vocational/Technical trades training - Perferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Licenses:
Must have a valid Tennessee or state of residence drivers license - Required.
Must maintain appropriate MVR
Certification or Licensure in area of skill - Preferred
1 year of technical trades directly related work experience
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment systems and structures throughout the facility.
Reports to: Director Plant Operations/Communications
Installs tests maintains and repairs machinery equipment and systems as scheduled or needed.
Performs utility and structural repairs as needed alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.
Inspects tests and maintains records for all fire risers sprinklers extinguishers fire doors and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.
