Job Description
Be the friendly face of our course! Cherokee Hills at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a Players Services Associate to greet guests with professionalism and warmth answer questions provide directions and ensure smooth daily operations outside the Pro Shopall while creating a welcoming top-tier experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Picks up and drops off golf course guest in the parking lot.
- Meets and greets guests with a smile giving proper directions and information to the guests.
- Keeps area free of trash and debris.
- Picks up range baskets and balls.
- Keeps cart fleet clean and in good repair.
- No supervisory or management authority.
- This position requires frequent standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Work is performed in an environment with moderate exposure to extreme temperatures dirt chemicals and dust.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in golf operations is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the game of golf.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional status with guests and vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a close working relationship with management and co-workers.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
