NOW HIRING OPERATIONS MANAGERS OPERATIONS DIRECTORS for custom stainless steel and millwork fabrication OEM. Location is near Jackson TN and Parsons Tennessee. Our client is experiencing high growth. Excellent six-figure income plus incentives. Relocation assistance is available.
Our client is a leading developer and manufacturer of custom stainless steel equipment. Specializing in a diverse range of products including millwork stainless steel refrigeration and stone tailored to meet unique clients needs State-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce high-quality solutions.
This leadership role requires close collaboration with Project Management Quoting Drafting Accounting Sales and Manufacturing departments to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment with business goals. Direct onsite contact for executive leadership oversee Project Managers and play a critical role in setting production schedules coordinating labor and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery.
