During your first year to support your development Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly unless commissions exceed that amount.
What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly approachable way.
- Learn customers needs and match them with the right vehicle or certified pre-owned option.
- Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process from test drive to delivery.
- Follow up with leads maintain relationships and build long-term trust.
- Stay informed about products promotions and financing options.
- Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to a winning team environment.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of Automotive sales
- A passion for helping people and closing deals
- Great energy with a positive attitude
- Top-notch organizational and communication skills
- A valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
