About the Role
We are actively seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a leading Cardiac Electrophysiology team focused on remote cardiac device monitoring. In this role you will support patients by interpreting remote transmissions identifying urgent findings and collaborating with the electrophysiology team to ensure timely coordinated care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP with prior cardiology or electrophysiology experience who is interested in working within a structured technology-enabled care model that prioritizes quality and continuity of care in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret remote transmissions from pacemakers ICDs and loop recorders
Identify clinically significant findings and coordinate follow-up with EP physicians
Document assessments alerts and recommendations clearly and thoroughly in the EMR
Participate in patient outreach as needed (via telehealth secure messaging or phone)
Triage urgent alerts according to clinical protocols and timelines
Collaborate with the EP team to improve workflow and monitoring processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac device management standards and remote monitoring technologies
Qualifications:
Licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
At least 12 years of experience in cardiology with EP experience strongly preferred
Proficient in remote monitoring platforms such as Paceart CareLink or Latitude
Strong rhythm interpretation skills and understanding of CIED function
Self-directed organized and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Effective communicator with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
