The Opportunity
Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help drive our Student Management Systems Transformation a flagship initiative supporting the Universitys strategic goals. This isnt just a system replacement program its an opportunity to reinvent how students connect engage and succeed at University.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Drive the development lifecycle of digital solutions as part of the Custom Dev Team.
- Provide complex software development expertise to deliver digital solutions
- Work directly with users to understand business requirements and the end state of web applications in an Agile continuous delivery environment
- Provide guidance to senior stakeholders managing the implications for policies or processes
- Have a strong a focus of continuous improvement and service excellence
Who You Are:
- Experienced developer who enjoys leading projects from concept to completion.
- Thrive on solving complex problems and delivering secure scalable web applications.
- Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders and translating their needs into clear technical outcomes.
- Bring strong expertise in cloud-based development especially with platforms like Google Cloud.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and enjoy sharing what I learn with others.
- Take pride in writing clean maintainable code and following best practices like unit testing code reviews and release management.
- Analytical and strategic always looking for ways to improve productivity and deliver better outcomes.
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting others to get the most out of cloud platforms and development tools.
