Now were searching for a Head of Client Development to lead the charge in strengthening relationships and driving revenue through client success.
As Head of Client Development you will be the senior leader responsible for driving the growth and retention of BestLogic Staffings client base. You will lead high-impact account management strategies build executive-level relationships and unlock new opportunities within existing partnerships. This is a critical role that blends strategic thinking consultative selling and operational execution.
Client Relationship Leadership
Own and grow key client relationships acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders
Lead client account planning sessions and growth strategies across top-tier accounts
Ensure client satisfaction through continuous communication performance reviews and service enhancements
Strategic Development & Expansion
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service lines and locations
Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions
Lead contract negotiations and renewals with a focus on long-term partnerships
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Build and manage a client development team focused on retention and expansion
Develop playbooks best practices and KPIs for successful client management
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client feedback influences delivery improvements and innovation
Revenue Growth & Metrics
Own revenue targets related to existing accounts and client expansion
Track performance metrics across client portfolios and report regularly to executive leadership
Develop and refine reporting dashboards for pipeline visibility and client health
A proven client relationship expert with a passion for delivering value and solving business challenges
A natural leader who can inspire trust drive strategy and scale processes
Strong business acumen with experience presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders
Background in staffing professional services or consulting preferred
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (MBA a plus)
7 years in client development account management or business development
3 years in a leadership role managing client-facing teams
Track record of exceeding revenue goals and building strategic partnerships
Proficiency in CRM platforms reporting tools and account planning frameworks
Executive-level role with influence autonomy and opportunity for growth
