Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a part-time Project Manager in Falls Church VA. The PM is responsible for delivering regular progress reports managing risks and issues facilitating stakeholder communication and supporting the administration of DHA FE memberships and licenses.

Provides progress reports including progress against milestones risk assessments issue identification and recommended mitigations. Reports cover administrative aspects such as meetings travel and project financials.

Leads the development and communication of the business case for change through process improvement methodologies; provides clear explanations of change benefits to stakeholders.

Provides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on DHA FE (Defense Health Agency Facility Enterprise) membership and licenses. Maintains accurate tracking of agreement status and associated business processes.

Prepares formal and informal briefing materials and information packages for stakeholders as required ensuring clear and effective communication for decision-making.

Possesses the ability to articulate findings clearly and succinctly especially when presenting data and recommendations for high-level decision-making.

Must have working knowledge of DHA FE memberships and licenses including familiarity with DoD agreements processes and inter-agency coordination. Able to facilitate strategic alignment between multiple stakeholders.


Relevant Experience

Minimum of 13 years of experience working in a DoD facility healthcare environment with a thorough understanding of related workflows standards and administrative functions.

At least 5 years of overall experience in the healthcare field with demonstrated understanding of membership management licensing and process improvement in a highly regulated setting.

Experience preparing comprehensive project updates including progress tracking risk identification and proposed mitigations.

Familiarity with Defense Health Agency policies and procedures especially in facilitating agreements and collaborations among multiple military and civilian parties.

Experience preparing and delivering both written and oral communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to coordinate and monitor project performance report progress and make informed recommendations to leadership teams.


Required Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrated knowledge of DoD and DHA membership/license agreements and operational models.

Strong understanding of process improvement methods and ability to lead stakeholders through change initiatives.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral for interacting with diverse stakeholder groups and senior decision-makers.

Familiarity with reporting protocols and project documentation within military and healthcare systems.

Knowledge of federal contracting procedures and interagency coordination related to membership/license management in a government setting.

Ability to use project management tools and software systems to track documentation report progress and support leadership decision-making.


Communication Language and Software Skills

Ability to clearly articulate project goals risks and benefits to military and civilian audiences both orally and in writing.

Proficiency in software tools for creating reports tracking metrics and managing licensing/membership data.

Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills for briefing negotiation and consensus building.


Education

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Relevant certifications or additional training in healthcare DoD processes or program management are preferred.
