In this role you will report to the Chief Engagement and Experience Officer. As a DSP Advocate you will champion the experience of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) by providing support guidance education and problem resolution. You will play a key role in improving DSP satisfaction retention and overall experience while upholding Abound Healths mission vision and values.
High School Diploma (required)
The target base salary range for this full-time hourly non-exempt position is between $20.00 - $25.00. Base pay is determined by factors such as work location experience job-related skills and relevant education or addition to base pay total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health dental and wellness benefits which begin on your 60th day of employment.
