Job Summary
Were looking for a personable enthusiastic insurance account manager to help take our agency to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. You will manage client communications nurture important relationships and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system. This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. - Work independently to answer clients completely on policy or billing questions including explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments to ensure total understanding
- Develop competitive quotes for coverage or make updates to a current policy
- Document any policy changes on customer accounts in Epic and clearly communicate with customers about those updates
- In partnership with the producer manage the account renewal from pre-renewal review until final binding of coverage
- Market new business as needed
- Review of customer contracts in relation to the insurance program
- Develop and maintain a trusted consultative relationship with clients
- Prompt and efficient deliverables to clients and carriers
- Maintain up-to-date data in the agency management system
- Support team members as needed
- 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience handling all aspects of account management
- Strong written and verbal communication problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.)
- Proficient in Applied EPIC
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to work closely with producers and team members
