What Were Looking For: Director of Human Resources


Were seeking a strategic hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead and evolve our HR function in support of a growing and dynamic organization. Reporting directly to the CPO this role is a key member of our team responsible for aligning our people strategies with business objectivesensuring Lighthouse remains a place where talented individuals thrive.


This leader will be both a strategic partner and operational drivershaping initiatives across talent acquisition employee relations performance management compliance benefits and culture.

What Youll Do


  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and executive team on all people-related strategies goals and challenges.
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR policies training and initiatives that support the business and promote a positive compliant and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee all core HR functions including compensation benefits employee relations leaves of absence performance management safety and training and development.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy and execution ensuring we attract hire and retain the best people.
  • Leverage HRIS and data analytics to identify workforce trends support strategic planning and continuously improve processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law HR trends and regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance and policy alignment.
  • Lead develop and mentor the HR team including training and professional development.
  • Manage the HR departments annual budget and resource planning.
  • Promote an inclusive respectful and engaging workplace culture aligned with Lighthouse values.


What You Bring


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a leadership or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal state and local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience building effective people strategies and scalable HR programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Professional certifications (PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
