Overview of Role
Location: Poole Dorset / Hybrid (on-site 3 days per week)
Hours: Full time

Were looking for a dynamic Marketing Controller to join our small but mighty team at Ryvita. As part of the ABF group we have ambitious plans for growth and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.

Key Accountabilities
This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the marketing functionspanning strategy planning and execution across the full marketing mix. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director youll shape the future growth of a much-loved brand.
Bringing energy creativity and commercial focus youll lead an agile team of three to develop and deliver a diverse and dynamic marketing agenda. Together youll drive all brand activityfrom portfolio management and communications to product development packaging and shopper marketing.

And you have the following skills and experiences....
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within FMCG ideally food.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand strategies that have delivered measurable growth and long-term impact.
- Full marketing mix expertise including brand management comms innovation and shopper.
- Confident influencer and communicator across all levels of the business.
- Passionate about consumers insights and building loved brands.
- Creative energetic results-driven and ready to make a big impact in a small team.
