Job Title: Site Superintendent Residential & ICI Construction
Vancouver Island BC
Salary: $120000 $160000 Benefits Perks

What Youll Do:
Lead and manage day-to-day site operations for full-cycle construction projects from excavation to occupancy
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors trades and suppliers to maintain quality and schedule adherence
Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and company policies
Conduct site meetings maintain detailed project documentation and generate progress reports
Collaborate closely with Project Managers consultants and clients to solve problems proactively and keep timelines on track
Maintain a clean safe and well-organized jobsite in line withBC Building Code
Project Types:
Residential: Wood-frame or concrete towers 420 storeys townhome and mixed-use communities
ICI: Commercial new builds institutional and light industrial
What Were Looking For:
5 years of superintendent experience with reputable general contractors in Canada
Proven ability to manage full-cycle projects from mobilization to close-out
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading scheduling (MS Project or similar) and site coordination
Journeyperson (Red Seal Carpentry) or engineering background strongly preferred
Familiarity with IPD or collaborative project delivery models is an asset
Excellent communication conflict resolution and documentation/reporting skills
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for team-building and mentorship
