Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Regional Director to oversee operations curriculum implementation compliance and staff development across multiple early childhood education centers. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of professionalism decorum and discretion in all areas of business modeling ethical conduct and ensuring a respectful environment for staff children and families.
This role demands a strategic leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills capable of maintaining a culture of integrity and professionalism while driving operational excellence. The Regional Director will be integral in ensuring educational quality enhancing family engagement and promoting organizational growth across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple centers ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance safety standards and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular audits and site visits to ensure consistency and quality control across locations.
- Serve as a liaison with licensing agencies ensuring proper documentation and timely inspections.
Curriculum & Instruction
- Support the implementation and fidelity of Frog Street curriculum ensuring it aligns with best practices and educational goals.
- Collaborate with Directors to ensure instructional excellence and professional growth.
- Monitor child development outcomes and provide guidance to center leaders to maintain educational quality.
Leadership & Staff Development
- Lead the recruitment onboarding and mentorship of Directors and leadership staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability mutual respect and collaboration.
- Implement performance evaluations and coaching to support professional growth and skill development.
Enrollment & Family Engagement
- Monitor enrollment trends providing guidance and support for outreach and marketing strategies.
- Assist in center tours promoting the organizations values of respectful communication and engagement with families.
- Resolve escalated parent concerns ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Financial & Strategic Oversight
- Support budgeting payroll oversight and financial performance analysis across centers.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with leadership to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Early Childhood Education Child Development Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site childcare or early learning leadership.
- Expertise in Georgia childcare licensing regulations Quality Rated and CAPS programs.
- Strong background in budgeting center operations and staff management.
- Proficiency in childcare management software (ProCare Brightwheel ChildPilot preferred).
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to up to 4 local centers.
- Flexible schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day offsite.
