Job Description

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: car allowance

Location: Field-based with regular UK travel to our hotels across London South East South West South Wales & Midlands (travel may be required outside of divisions on occasions).

What youll be doing:


  • Leading the Way

Youll support and develop Maintenance Technicians across your divisions - delivering onboarding training and coaching that builds skill confidence and consistency. Youll lead technician engagement through regular touchpoints and help embed a culture of quality and pride in every hotel. When needed youll also provide hands on maintenance support and step in to cover Maintenance Technician absences and vacancies - ensuring hotels stay safe compliant and operational.


  • Turning Strategy into Action

Youll implement best practice maintenance standards on the ground - embedding consistent processes and helping hotel teams translate guidance into effective day to day delivery. Youll also feedback insights to continuously improve tools procedures and training.


  • Guest Obsessed

Youll help keep hotels safe operational and guest-ready tracking out of order rooms resolving issues quickly and supporting Maintenance Technicians to deliver maintenance that enhances the guest experience.


  • Commercial Focus with Heart

Youll manage divisional stock efficiently and ensure tools and equipment are maintained to support safe and effective repairs. Youll also help Maintenance Technicians prioritise their workload to reduce waste minimise downtime and maintain standards under pressure.


  • People First Always

Youll lead Maintenance Technician recruitment and onboarding in partnership with Hotel Managers. Youll deliver structured inductions hands-on training and ongoing development that empowers Maintenance Technicians to thrive and stay engaged.


  • Driving Compliance & Standards

Youll oversee the consistent delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance and ensure hotel maintenance meets compliance standards across fire life safety and mechanical systems. Youll support Maintenance Technicians to understand and meet their responsibilities helping reduce risk and maintain operational integrity.



We think youll thrive if you have:


  • Hands-on maintenance or facilities experience in a multi-site environment (ideally hospitality)
  • Experience mentoring or leading technicians or maintenance teams
  • Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
  • A working knowledge of health & safety and property compliance
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • A calm organised approach and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Confidence working independently while building strong relationships with Maintenance Technicians and Hotel Managers
  • A willingness to travel extensively across your regions
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
