Wills and Probate Practitioner Historic West Yorkshire Firm
Location: Halifax (main base) with travel to Huddersfield & Brighouse
Experience: 3 Years PQE in Wills & Probate
Salary: Up to 45000

What Youll Be Doing:
Managing a diverse caseload of Wills Powers of Attorney Trusts and Probate matters
Handling cases from initial client instructions through to completion
Conducting home visits and building strong client relationships
Drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Managing estate administration with attention to detail
Working with a supportive team with extensive knowledge and professional connections
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3 years PQE in Wills & Probate
Ideally STEP qualified or working towards STEP qualification
Member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (preferred)
Strong client care skills and comfort with home visits
Genuine enthusiasm for private client work
Ability to handle complex matters with growing responsibility
