Your Role

At Dulux Acratex were passionate about delivering high-performance solutions and empowering our people. As an Acratex Training and Technical Specialist youll play a key role in growing product and technical knowledge across our teams and customersdriving commercial outcomes and supporting our state strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging competency-based technical training to internal teams and external customers (50% formal 50% informal).
• Provide on-site technical support and advice to ensure correct and consistent product solutions.
• Champion learning and development to build confidence and capability in render systems textures topcoats cladding and specialty finishes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and manage a 12-month training plan.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Skills & Experience

• You will have training experience with some knowledge within the building/construction industry or you may have a strong industry background in the building / construction industry with a focus on facades and be looking at moving into a Training role either Sales Customer Service or running your own business
• Familiarity with the Acratex product portfolio highly regarded.
• Experience facilitating group and individual learning (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded).
• Strong communication relationship-building administrative and time management skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
