Responsibilities of a BMW Client Advisor:
- Welcome clients and work to identify their needs preferences and buying motives
- Enthusiastically explain features while demonstrating BMWs technology & performance
- Arrange for delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm & timeliness
- Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
- Actively seek new business through referrals lease-end prospects service clients etc.
- Complete paperwork and log all communication with clients
- Attend regular manufacturer and dealership training meetings with emphasis on product knowledge and sales skills
Specific Skills Required:
Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We are willing to train and develop the right person.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Proven ability to meet goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building a loyal client base is highly regarded
- Knowledge of current trends and news plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have a valid and clean drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
