Job Description

**Located in Deschutes County**

The Oral Health Community Healthcare Worker is responsible for helping patients and community members navigate and access dental community services and other resources while creating a welcoming and safe dental environment.

Full Time

Monday - Friday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid health care provider CPR/BLS Certificate
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Experience working in a community-based setting for at least 1 to 2 years
  • X-Ray Certified

ADDITIONAL/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
  • Understand the rural communities served.
  • Certified Community Health Worker with the Oregon Health Authority preferred but training available
