Description
Supervises all shift custodians performing any and all custodial related duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as a team member in completing all campus cleaning related tasks
- Work with custodial supervisor to delegate and monitor tasks given to custodians
- Inspect work performed by all custodians under their direct supervision
- Instruct staff on proper use of all cleaning related equipment and supplies to ensure that higher standards are maintained
- Assist snow removal team when needed
- Administer disciplinary actions when necessary
- Any other duties as requested
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Possess thorough knowledge of all cleaning procedures and cleaning agents and has the ability to manage individuals and teams.
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma preferred
