Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships for long-term loyalty. Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.
- Be an expert on our vehicles. Understand all product offerings packages and the latest technologies available.
- Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Master objections and excel in sales interactions.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on goals plans and performance analysis.
- Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.
Qualifications
- Flexible availability including weekends.
- Quick learner eager to grasp product details and features.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Clean driving record as per dealership standards.
- Willing to undergo a background check before employment.
Base pay plus commission plan: Range $85000-$150000
