About the role

A new opportunity has come available for an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our Home Care operations in Darwin on a permanent full-time basis.

This role is being recruited at a salary of $35.68 - $37.04 / gross base PA

This exciting role will see you providing administrative support to our Home Care Program Leads and Management team. You will support in appointment scheduling working with family and consumers on their requirements data entry for reporting invoicing ordering of stock for programs and the office and other administrative and project tasks as allocated.

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role ideally within the Healthcare industry. You will be a self-starter who is proactive and enjoys working in a support role and comfortable taking direction from multiple teams and Managers. You will enjoy working on project tasks and have the initiative to identify areas of efficiencies. You will also demonstrate team work by enjoying supporting others during busy times.

Skills & experience

To be considered for this role we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:

  • Proven administration experience within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to receive and maintain confidential information
  • Strong experience with office software including Microsoft Office Suite and other database applications.
  • Strong tech skills and ability to use Smart Phones and Apps.
  • Proficient in data entry always ensuring accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills able to always communicate clearly to ARRCS clients and consumers with professionalism and manners.
  • Previous experience in management of correspondence to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in supporting multiple teams and when required taking direction from more than one superior.
  • Previous work that showcases good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
