Job Description
Join our dedicated team supporting military service members and veterans through a 24/7 behavioral health contact center. As a Call Center Agent youll provide compassionate triage motivational support and resource referrals in a high-impact mission-driven environment.
This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award anticipated in October 2025.
WORKSITE: Remote or contractor contact center site
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time 24/7 shift availability (including nights/weekends/holidays)
PAY RATE: $25.00 -$28.00 per hour

WHAT YOULL DO:
Respond to calls from military members veterans and families in need of support
Conduct triage and provide empathetic professional guidance using motivational interviewing techniques
Accurately document call details and outcomes in real time
Escalate crisis or complex cases to licensed coaching staff as appropriate
Manage high-call volume with professionalism and emotional resilience
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage
WHAT YOULL BRING:
1 year of experience in a hospital or medical call center environment (Required)
Experience in triage care coordination crisis counseling or motivational interviewing (Required)
Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency highly desired
Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information
Must pass Tier 1 background investigation (SF-85)
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship not required)
