Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance
Ensure compliance with corporate customer and regulatory standards
Conduct audits inspections and safety walkthroughs
Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis
Track and follow up on corrective actions
Promote awareness through safety campaigns and training
Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers
Share ideas to enhance HSSE programs and culture
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Safety Management or related field preferred or minimum 2 years in an HSSE role or 5 years in heavy manufacturing with safety involvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized self-motivated and proactive
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools
Willing to travel up to 10% and work 2nd shift (2:30pm 11:30pm)
Bonus: HSE certifications and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus!
