Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Fairless Hills PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $16.50 / hour
Job Summary:
Were hiring a Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team and handle order fulfillment for clothing items by accurately picking inspecting and packing garments for shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick clothing items from inventory shelves based on order slips or digital pick lists
- Inspect garments for quality size and accuracy
- Pack items securely and neatly according to packing guidelines
- Label packages accurately and prepare for shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Previous warehouse retail or distribution experience
- Experience using handheld scanners or RF devices
- Ability to stand walk and move for extended periods (8 hours)
- Ability to lift carry and move up to 3050 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive motions: bending reaching packing and sorting
