Position Summary
We are looking for an Intern position to join our Maintenance Team here in Pomezia Plant. He/She will support the Maintenance Associate Manager in the execution of activities needed to performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance on buildings mechanical equipment and utility systems. He/She will support the execution of equipment qualification. He/She willObserve on the floor maintenance processes to collaborate on the improvement studies in the areas of Maintenance efficiency process control employee safety and environmental impact in a lean environment.
Duties
- Monitor preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical pneumatic and electrical equipment. Collect and analyze maintenance data evaluate trend and execute root cause analysis.
- Support the implementation of a corrective maintenance program in all the production machines and equipment in an efficient manner that would allow a better utilization of these assets of the company
- Support the development of plans design of experiments and schedules for establishing maintenance processes.
- Support the installation qualification and startup of new equipment/system.
- Monitoring and analysis of water purification system.
- Support for the completing daily weekly and monthly checklists on equipment maintenance procedures and maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Monitor spare parts inventory and warehouse.
- Supervising external suppliers.
- Generates a weekly and monthly report showing the most critical machines and equipment down.
Education Degree
Required Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Robotic or Chemical Engineering preferred
- Project leadership & technical skills
- Interestin maintenance and facility engineering department
- Ability to learn and comprehend the fundamentals of the functioning of machines
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Good Knowledge of English (Minimum B1)
