But well never deliver on our ambitious goals without a team that is just as ambitious so were expanding our tentacles and we are now looking for Senior Client Delivery Leads. The roles will be working closely with other members of the client delivery team to help with our APAC clients and global product teams.

Who are we looking for
- We are looking for more Senior Client Delivery Leads to join the Kraken delivery team. Ideally youll have experience working in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers. Previous work with technical stakeholders (developers QA solution architects) is a bonus. If you love making things better for customers building great products working with technology and bringing people together to find solutions then youve come to the right place. We are looking for additions to our Client Delivery team that can help build our capability across our business with Kraken.
- Our Client Delivery Team exists to turn complex problems into amazing outcomes. As a Senior Client Delivery Lead youll need to be comfortable working in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client. Youre going to need to live and breathe Kraken and be as comfortable finding a meter read as you are trying to identify a customer need.
- Senior Client Delivery Leads need to understand how Kraken works be able to help clients identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. They will bring technology people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients. They will deal with complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users. This person will play a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver the roadmap.
What youll do
- Youll be a valued leader in our delivery teams.
- Youll need to be able to produce well articulated written documentation for our clients and our wider Kraken team.
- Youll be facilitating and driving (sometimes ambiguous) conversations with clients in order to truly get to the root cause of their problems and the options we have to solve it.
- Youll need to be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to verifying testing and demonstrating Kraken functionality to clients.
- Youll need to get into the finer details at times learning how to use tools like SQL and Kraken APIs to find the answers.
