Business: Non Plus Ultra ()
Location: San Francisco CA (Hybrid - On-site Preferred)
Hours: 10 - 20 hours per week
Compensation: Paid $20/hour
Duration: 120 hours with potential to extend

The Role
Were looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing content social media and design initiatives across the NPU brand. If youre a self-starter who loves storytelling design and digital culture looking for real-world experience in a dynamic environment this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist in content creation and scheduling for multiple social media channels both organic and paid (LinkedIn Instagram Threads Facebook)
- Help with management of audience chats and comments to the social channels
- Design marketing collateral and graphics for digital and print (ads presentation materials website content etc.)
- Assist with blog content and WordPress website updates
- Conduct research on event venue marketing trends competitor content etc.
- Help organize creative assets and maintain brand consistency
- Participate in team brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Design Communications or a related field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Familiarity with social media marketing best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift
- Bonus: experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
