Job Description
- Serve as a financial business partner working closely with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform general ledger bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process journal entries and maintain clean and accurate accounting schedules
- Assist in daily cash reports and cash flow forecasting
- Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable data
- Train new accounting staff as needed
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify and implement process improvements to support a fast-growing multi-entity organization
- Take on additional accounting-related tasks and projects as assigned
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- 1 year of professional accounting experience required
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate numbers into insights
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
