JOB TITLE: Retail Store Manager (On Site)
EMPLOYER: Topo Designs
REPORTS TO: General Manager of Retail

The Topo Designs Retail Store Manager is the leader of a team and store that delivers an exceptional customer experience develops strong community relationships and authentically communicates the brand message. The Store Manager demonstrates initiative problem-solving ability dependability respect and accountability. They have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are flexible and provide complete follow-through in all areas of responsibility.
SALARY RANGE: $55K-80K with fringe benefits up to another $5000-8000. The pay range is based on market location and store type. Our pay range does not include a competitive bonus program based on store performance metrics.

Experience Requirements:
3 - 5 years of related professional / retail management experience
Responsibilities:
- Hire manage and train a store team
- Drive sales to consistently meet goals and targets
- Initiate and plan monthly in-store events
- Identify local partners and develop relationships within the community
- Attend and/or participate in community events
- Create a vital customer base through active client outreach building and maintaining relationships
- Implement merchandising strategies and directives
- Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties
- Manage payroll budget scheduling approve/deny PTO requests and timecard approvals
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure store replenishments of merchandise
- Develop mastery of the Point of Sale system and office management software
- Manage and strategize stores social media presence
- Foster a work climate that inspires trust respect teamwork and motivation
- Understand support and comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a neat clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the Topo Designs brand
- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom
- Uphold a high level of asset protection
Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a minimum 40 hour/week
