You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere currently seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team as a key contributor to employee experience talent processes and operational HR excellence. This role partners closely with internal managers and employees across North America providing thoughtful responsive and solutions-oriented HR support. Youll be the go-to resource for your assigned client group helping to drive engagement resolve issues and improve processes that make work better for everyone.
This is an in-office position working Monday to Friday at our corporate head office located in Regina SK.
Key Responsibilities
Client Group Partnership: Serve as the primary HR contact for a designated client group building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support hiring managers through recruitment activities and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Benefits & Leave Coordination: Assist with benefits administration and disability claims ensuring timely and accurate support for employees.
Employee Relations: Lead or support fact-finding meetings provide guidance on employee relations matters and help facilitate the disciplinary process when needed.
Policy & Program Support: Offer clear consistent advice on company policies programs and practices helping employees and leaders navigate HR processes confidently.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as turnover absenteeism and training participation to support data-driven decisions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations and internal policies across all supported locations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance HR practices contributing to a more effective and employee-friendly experience.
Change Leadership: Champion change by evolving current practices into smarter more efficient solutions that support our people and business goals.
What You Bring
Experience: 3 years of progressive HR experience ideally in a multi-site or geographically dispersed environment.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and convey information clearly.
Customer Focus: A service mindset with a passion for helping others and delivering a great employee experience.
Problem Solving: High initiative and creativity in resolving issues and offering practical business-aligned solutions.
Resilience: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure especially during periods of high volume or change.
Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using HRIS systems (UKG experience is a definite asset) and Microsoft Office tools.
